Vedení ostatních je jako sestavování orchestru, kde rozzuřená velitelka je dirigentkou a podřízení jsou hudebníci. Když hudebníci nehrájí správně, dirigentka neztrácí svou vášeň ani trpělivost a místo toho zuřivě a s jasným cílem dává příkazy, aby dokázala přetvořit chaos v harmonii.

Leading others is like putting together an orchestra where the furious leader is the conductor and the subordinates are the musicians. When the musicians don’t play correctly, the conductor doesn’t lose her passion or her patience, instead giving orders furiously and with clear purpose so that she can transform chaos into harmony.
